Do
you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. You must
contact us before placing an order higher shipping
cost will apply. International orders are shipped at
your own risk. Once it leaves the
country we are not responsible for your order , due to
the fact that in most cases USPS does not offer
insurance on international orders. We can only provide proof
such as a certificate of
mailing proving we shipped it.

much do you charge for Shipping Handling?
The minimum charge for shipping and handling is
$4.95. We charge a flat rate fee for shipping
and handling for orders shipped to most locations
in the US.
On select unfinished wooden products you must
contact us for shipping and handling cost which is based
on weight and location.

How long
does it take to ship the order?
Most orders are shipped within
1-3 Business Days.
Large 48 case orders may take up to 4-5 business days.
We normally ship orders US Postal Service or UPS.
If you
desire 2nd day services or air services you will have to
contact us. Additional shipment charges will apply.

No, we do not take credit card information over
the phone. We use Pay Pal for all credit card
transactions.

will have to contact us.
Include your state and zip code and the amount you are
interested in purchasing so that we can determine

shipping company to determine the validity of claim, all
original packing material and boxes must be kept
"as received" for inspection. failure to
