Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally.  You must contact us before placing an order  higher shipping cost will apply. International orders are shipped at your own risk. Once it leaves the country we are not responsible for your order , due to the fact that in most cases USPS does not offer insurance on international orders. We can only provide proof such as a certificate of mailing proving we shipped it.

How much do you charge for Shipping Handling?

The minimum charge for shipping and handling is $4.95.  We charge a  flat rate fee for shipping and handling for  orders shipped to most locations in the US. 

On select unfinished wooden products you must contact us for shipping and handling cost which is based on weight and location.

How long does it take to ship the order?

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 Business Days.  
Large 48 case orders may take up to 4-5 business days. 
We normally ship orders US Postal Service or UPS. 

If you desire 2nd day services or air services you will have to contact us. Additional shipment charges will apply.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We  accept  Pay Pal Payments. We will also accept check or money orders.  To down load a order form click here you must have a adobe reader to open it. For a free adobe reader to open the form.. go to www.adobe.com.

Sorry but we do not accept  C.O.D or American Express orders.

Can you take my credit card information over the Phone?

No, we do not take credit card information over the phone. We use Pay Pal  for all credit card transactions. 
Pay Pal takes steps to ensure that all online orders are secure and safe from theft and tampering. If you are not comfortable with using your credit card on-line to make purchases  you can send a check.

How do I order the Wooden Products?

To order the wooden products you will have to contact us.
Include your state and zip code and the amount you are interested in purchasing so that we can determine shipping and handling fee's. Send your email to: sales_orders@rnllee.com 

Claims inspector will be contacted from appropriate shipping company to determine the validity of claim, all original packing material and boxes must be kept "as received" for inspection. failure to comply will result in void of damaged goods claim.

Return Policy / Shortages / Damage Claims

Any claims  for returns, Shortages, Damages  must be made within 5 business days of 
receiving the product ( 5 day period is based on scheduled delivery date as determined by delivery company said package was handled by). 

We not responsible for shipping costs on exchanges or returns unless we shipped you an incorrect item. 

Damaged goods claims, shortages,  must be made within 5 business days of receiving item
