How much do you charge for Shipping Handling?
We charge one flat rate for shipping and handling for most orders shipped to locations in the US.
Case order purchases you will be changed based on the weight and location
we are shipping too , you will be promoted to contact us before placing case orders.
On unfinished wooden products you must contact us for shipping and
handling cost which is based on weight and location.
How long does it take to ship the order?
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 Business Days.
On discount price case orders it may take up to 4-5 business days to ship.
We normally ship orders US Postal Service or UPS.
If you desire 2nd day services or air services you will have to contact us
for pricing additional shipment charges will apply.
Do you Ship Internationally?
Yes, but you must contact us before placing an order higher shipping cost may apply.
Return Policy / Shortages / Damage Claims / Orders Not received
On US orders any claims for returns, Shortages, Damages
must be made within 5 business days of receiving the product
( 5 day period is based on scheduled delivery date as determined
by delivery company said package was handled by).
We not responsible for shipping costs on exchanges or returns
unless we shipped you an incorrect item.
Damaged goods claims, shortages, must be made
within 5 business days of receiving item ( 5 day period is based
off of scheduled delivery date as determined by delivery
company said package was handled by).
Claims inspector will be contacted from appropriate shipping
company to determine the validity of claim, all original packing
material and boxes must be kept "as received" for inspection.
failure to comply will result in void of damaged goods claim.
On International orders we are not able to insure the
package therefore we can only provide proof of shipment.
We are not responsible for loss or damages once it
leaves the US. Items are shipped at your risk.
