How to Create A Web Page 2:

To view a web page you need  Browser software,  such as  Internet explorer or a Mozilla Firefox. Window users normally have Internet Explorer Browser preinstalled on there computer, If you do have it on your computer you can get a free copy at: Microsoft Internet Explorer  

Step 5.

How to Open and View your Web Page
through Internet Explorer Web Brower.

Open the browser by clicking on your explorer desktop icon or through your program menu. 
At the  menu bar located at the top of your explorer window : Select:   File , Open

When the dialog box opens Select Browse to search for the location of your web page.
 

Note:( the location of your file should be desktop, my website folder, homepage.html).
Once you locate the file select open, to open up your web page and you should see your web page as shown in the flash tutorial above...

That the < title tag> information appears at top on the title bar and the text in the <body tags> appear in the actual document. .
Note:  
Not All Web Browsers see HTML the same way. You should try viewing your web pages through a few different browsers especially the major ones  two major browsers in use
on the Internet today is, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer, and unfortunately they
don't  interpret html files in the same way. This means you will need to preview
your document with each browser before you can be sure it's ready for the web.
